Welcome to VisaWatch, operated by Pevide Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VisaWatch mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

VisaWatch is a case tracking tool that helps users monitor the status of their USCIS immigration cases. The app retrieves case status information through the official USCIS API, provides plain-English explanations, and sends notifications when changes are detected.

VisaWatch also provides Visa Bulletin information personalized to each user's case, translating complex immigration terms into simple language.

2. Not Legal Advice

VisaWatch is not a law firm, immigration attorney, or legal service. The information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. The plain-English explanations and status interpretations are general guidance and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

3. No Government Affiliation

VisaWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any other U.S. government agency. Case status information is retrieved through the official USCIS API available to authorized developers.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, VisaWatch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the app, including:

• Case status information retrieved from USCIS
• Visa Bulletin dates and interpretations
• Processing time estimates
• Processing time estimates and statistics
• Status explanations and next-step suggestions

Always verify critical information directly with USCIS or your immigration attorney.

5. User Responsibilities

By using VisaWatch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate USCIS receipt numbers for your own cases or cases you are authorized to track
• Not use the Service to track cases belonging to others without their consent
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to access USCIS systems in ways that violate their terms of service through the app

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

VisaWatch offers basic case tracking functionality at no cost, including adding cases and viewing current status.

Premium Subscription

Premium features, including push notifications, background refresh, Visa Bulletin tracking, and analytics, require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. VisaWatch does not collect or store any payment information.

Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing premium features.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they handle all payment processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The VisaWatch name, logo, app design, and all original content are the property of Pevide Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep VisaWatch available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• USCIS website downtime or API changes
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Updates and improvements to the app

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevide Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Missed notifications or delayed status updates
• Incorrect or outdated case information
• Decisions made based on information provided by the app
• Loss of data stored on your device
• Any immigration-related consequences

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pevide Studio LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
